Northbridge provides consultancy and coordination relating to selected EU and Balkan company-formation projects. The exact work included is specified in the individual engagement. Incorporation, tax registration, banking, payment-provider onboarding, permits and other approvals depend on eligibility, documentation and independent third-party decisions. No registration, account, approval, tax outcome, processing time or commercial result is guaranteed.
5. Fees, estimates and cancellations
Service fees, third-party charges, payment schedules and any cancellation or refund conditions are established in the applicable proposal or engagement. Indicative costs and timelines on the website are not binding quotations. Government charges, professional fees, translations and ongoing compliance costs may be separate unless expressly included. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, responding to reasonable documentation requests and obtaining advice about your own tax residence, reporting obligations and business activity. You must not use the website or request services for unlawful purposes, misleading applications, sanctions evasion or concealment of beneficial ownership.
